They will re-publish content, but they don't pay as well for it.
Go to this website and sign up as a contributor and start submitting original articles.Each article will have to be approved and once they approve it, they will offer you some money for it.
If you are having problems deciding what to write about, they have a section named: "Calls for Content" where they tell you what they are looking for and what they'll pay the most money for if you submit good content! Dozens of subjects are listed. Many are timely (i.e. holiday or current event related). If you are or could research fast enough to be 'well versed' in this field before their submission deadline, it could be worth a paycheck!
They also publish VIDEOS, AUDIOS and SLIDESHOWS.
We opted to have them pay us through a PAYPAL account and we have a debit card that PAYPAL issued us. So, as soon as they pay us (it takes 3-7 days), we have immediate access to the money via a debit card.
Configure the account to work best for you and do your research to see if this web option is best for you. There are many of these of types of sites and more and more of them are popping up every day.
* Caution... your article must be content based versus sales based, so don't push a product here. If you have a product to sell, educate the reader about the product or create the need, but don't overtly "sell" or they will reject the article.
** The pay starts out reasonably small, but even your first article should pay you more than you spent for this book!Each article you submit, that they accept, ups your paycheck, so basically, you get to write your own ticket - literally!
